AIISARS: Artificial Intelligence Integrated Interview Simulation and ATS-Ready Resume System
AIISARS is an AI-driven web-based application designed to enhance job readiness by combining resume analysis with interview simulation. The system evaluates resumes using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) principles by extracting key information and comparing it against job descriptions to generate a compatibility score and improvement suggestions.
In addition, the platform simulates real-time interview scenarios by generating relevant questions and analyzing user responses using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. It provides feedback on performance, helping users identify skill gaps and improve communication.
The system is built using Python and Flask for backend processing, with NLP libraries such as NLTK and spaCy for text analysis. It offers an integrated solution for both resume optimization and interview preparation, making it a practical tool for students and job seekers.
